We do sell many items on eBay. On this page we go into more detail on some of the terms, conditions and policies for the items we sell on eBay. Please review the points below before bidding. We try to cover all bases to make sure, as a bidder, know what to expect from us. Please do not attempt to negotiate shipping prices, these terms, conditions or policies after you have won the bid. 1. ✤Postcards - We do not spend a lot of time on postcard scans, In most cases the postcard is better than the scan. The scan will help you see the overall condition and appearance. All standard and continental sized postcards are enclosed in quality clear polyethylene sleeve. We ship all postcards between cardboard in new sturdy envelopes or in USPS Priority Mail boxes for the protection of the postcard.
   

2. ✤Winning Bidder - We will contact the winning bidder within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Please confirm the receipt of our email and let us know your shipping address, insurance requirements, shipping instructions and payment type. We then can get he package ready for mailing as soon as we receive payment. Please be prompt in sending us your payment. We will send out only one reminder email. Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay. The item will then be re-listed.
   

3. ✤Checks - We do not accept personal or business checks. We do accept cashiers checks and money orders, but are subject to a 14 day delay in order for them to clear.
   

4. ✤Payment - All payments must be made in US funds. We accept cashiers checks, money orders, and PayPal. We prefer PayPal, because it is faster. Payment for winning bids are due up to 10 days of the close of the eBay auction for all bidders. Payments by PayPal are due within 7 days from the close of the auction. Payments by cashiers checks or money orders are due within 10 days from the close of the eBay auction. If this will be a problem (vacations, waiting for another item to close, etc.), please make prior arrangements before the bidding closes. Once the bidding is closed, we expect payment in 10 days. No exceptions.
   

5. ✤Packaging - We try our best to make sure your item is packaged in the best possible way, to make sure your auction item gets to you undamaged. Our shipping rates sometimes can be a little higher because of our packaging requirements, but we have had very few damaged shipments.
   

6. ✤Insurance - We will not be responsible for shipments that are lost, stolen or damaged in shipping. We try to make sure your package arrives at your doorstep undamaged, but unless you request insurance, we cannot guaranty undamaged delivery. If you have insurance, at least your item(s) will be paid for if they arrived damaged or are lost. We do require insurance for any winning bids over $100.
   

7. ✤International - We will ship to international customers. We will use either USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail or FedEx International Express for our international customers. WE can quote shipping prices using your choice of shipping method. We add extra for handling and packaging international shipments because we have to spend extra time with forms, special packages, and travel to the shipping center.
   

8. ✤USPS - We can use the United States Postal Service for your shipping needs. We ship mostly by Priority Mail to our US customers. We can use First Class Mail for small items. Our listing will let you know if First Class Mail is an option. We like Priority Mail for a number of reasons. First, because it is easy to track the shipments (we let you know the tracking number, so you can see how your shipment is progressing). Second, in many cases (especially for postcards), items can be combined for little or no additional postage costs. Third, we like to use the Priority Mail boxes for shipment (they hold up very well). Fourth, we can pay for Priority Mail postage online and create the correct labels. We do not have to travel to the Post Office and wait in line for other methods of mailing.
   

9. ✤Shipping - We will ship your package within one or two business days (we do not ship on the weekends) for items paid by PayPal. All the rest will require extra time to allow the payment to clear. Our shipping rates include not only the actual postage required, but also the packaging and labor. Fragile items will cost more for packaging because of the extra packaging material required for safe packaging.
